Lately, I’ve been getting bone pains – I recently had a small accident causing me to get a sprain on my ankle and I don’t know if that somehow is related.
However, I did find out after some research that one factor is stress. Stress, as always cause strange illnesses to our body so in case of weird health issues we should go for a check up or so.

It’s not everyday we get the chance to see the doctor though, especially if you have a job to attend to everyday. But to at least keep up, the best suggestion is to drink bone supplements or vitamins.
Bone pain can never be avoided but with enough sleep and healthy food it may be possible to lessen them. Enough calcium for the body also help strengthen your bones, so it would be great to drink milk (no, it is not a childish).
Getting sleep is not very easy for some. When they are insomniac, it takes them an hour or more just to make them fall asleep. It makes you think, is it really good or bad if you have too much of sleep?
Well, the answer is obvious that no – getting more sleep nor less isn’t good at all. The best is that you get just enough.
The problem with some is that because it takes longer for them to sleep, they end up to oversleeping. That’s something you can’t control but you can with discipline
At this time, I can’t believe I’m this sleepy. Must be because I also woke up quite early. But it’s been 2 days since I woke up early. Hopefully, weekend won’t ruin the routine!
I do believe sleeping early is the ideal fix to this. But people I’m waiting for aren’t home yet. How superb isn’t it :-S I want to sleep zzzz!!!!
I might end up sleeping late, then waking up late..then so, the body clock would be ruined once again! And that would be bad. Tsk. So, here’s to me getting proper sleep tonight. I still find it hard trying to sleep unlike others who seem to fall asleep so instantly. I envy them so much :-S
