When you frown, you use up a lot of muscles compared to when you smile. I think that cliche is known. But it is true, besides think of it as a good advice – smiling is healthier than frowning because it feels better to smile. Just make sure you’re smiling because of a good reason, not a bad one!
So always put a smile on your face. Who knows, maybe someone is watching out for your smile. Somebody wants to make you smile, no matter how bad everything seems to be at time.
